How We Can Help You
Contact our office for assistance with the following:

  • Permits: Building Permit applications, required inspections, etc.
  • Zoning & Usage: Special Use Permits, Change of Use requests, Official Street Address issuance, etc.
  • Compliance: Reporting suspected zoning violations and code issues.
  • Appeals & Variances: Navigating appeals of a CEO determination or applying for Area/Use Variances through the Zoning Board of Appeals.
  • Board Applications: Coordinating submissions for the Planning Board (Subdivisions, Site Plans, Special Use Permits, etc.).
